• Stillness through the Breath:

    a workshop with Diana Beaven

    Wednesday 30th April 2.30 - 4.00 p.m.

    An experiential workshop where you will learn how to breathe in a healthier more relaxed way to increase calmness, general health and wellbeing. Some explanation of the chemistry of breathing will be given, a relaxation method taught and techniques for breathing including visualisations will be practised.

    The lounge at Thie dy Vea has a number of comfy armchairs, or you may prefer to bring something on which to lie on the floor for the practical part of the afternoon.

    Diana is a physiotherapist with experience of working on the body/mind interface including chronic pain, chronic fatigue, stress, panic and over-breathing.


    Cost: suggested donation of £10.

    Refreshments will be served at the end of the workshop.
