OUR ACCOMMODATION
Our guest rooms have been designed to offer you maximum flexibility.
We aim to provide a range of options, at various prices, to suit all needs and budgets.
But you'll find we like to add a few little touches of luxury -
some rooms even have rise/recline armchairs, and electrically-adjustable beds!Prices are per night for bed and a generous continental breakfast. Evening meals and lunches are also available. Towels, liquid soap, shower gel/ shampoo and bedding are provided. Drinks-making facilities are available in each room and in reception.
The rooms are all named after manx keeills - ancient places of prayer and worship.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR
KEEILL WOIRREY
Room price including breakfast: £70 single occupancy, £110 twin occupancy.
Keeill Woirrey is our ground-floor fully accessible twin-bedded room with en-suite accessible toilet and wet room with shower. One bed is a standard single - the other single is electrically-operated, with fully adjustable bed height, and raised head and foot areas. There is also a rise/recline electrically-operated armchair
This is a spacious room, ideal for a guest who needs to bring along a carer, and/or has mobility issues.
Both the entire ground floor of Thie Dy Vea, and the garden, are fully wheelchair accessible.
ON THE FIRST (MIDDLE) FLOOR
KEEILL VAEL, LAG NY KEEILLEY, and CORRODY KEEILL
Keeill Vael room price including breakfast: £65 single occupancy, £100 twin occupancy
Lag ny Keeilley and Corrody Keeill room price including breakfast: £70 single occupancy, £110 twin occupancy
These are all twin bedded en-suite rooms (with shower)
They're individually styled and carefully furnished so you can comfortably
read or rest during the day - and have a good night's sleep too!MAUGHOLD
Room price including breakfast: £80 single occupancy, £120 double occupancy
A self-contained apartment within the house itself.
Maughold is fully equipped for a self-catering stay for two people.
It has a sleeping area with double bed, sofa seating, dining table for 2 and a kitchen area
with sink, fridge, microwave, kettle and all crockery with basic kitchen equipment.
The en-suite bathroom has a bath with over-bath showerON THE TOP FLOOR

These are our rooms with character!
Each has a double bed and is comfortably furnished.Please note that each one has sloping ceilings and beams which limit the headroom in some areas.
These rooms are not en-suite, but each one has a wash basin. Close to all three rooms on the top floor
is a bathroom with bath and an over-bath hand-held shower.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Our booking rates are for bed and breakfast. Breakfasts are generous, buffet-style and include cereals and porridge, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juices, croissants, white and brown toast, a selection of jams and marmalade, and hot drinks.
OTHER CATERING
Light refreshments, lunches, suppers, packed lunches - even your favourite takeaways - can be provided. All meals and refreshment breaks can be tailored to suit you, or your group - just tell us your needs when booking. We can cater for all dietary requirements.
USING THE WHOLE HOUSE
If your group wishes to hire the entire house, we can negotiate a flat fee to cover all your needs, leaving you to allocate the rooms.
The Lounge and The Chapel (The Apothecary) are available to all guests.NOTE - The kitchen is strictly a staff-only area. Hire of the house on a self-catering basis is not possible.
